Slive Beau-t Refund Policy

At Slive Beau-T, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality beauty products and exceptional service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you through our refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. Product Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or order number, is required to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Gift cards and promotional items.

Refund Process:

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for your refund request.
3. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure the smooth processing of your refund.
4. Return the Product: Once you receive return instructions, please return the product in its original, unused condition to the designated return address provided.
5. Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Costs:
Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange due to a defective or incorrect item, Slive Beau-T will cover the return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If the product is defective or if you received the wrong item, we will issue a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the defective or incorrect items, and we will arrange for a return.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
